Then the morning of my appointment day she called and told me the service guy wasn’t coming and I could schedule another day. I told her I’d have to get back with her since I already took time off work to do this. I ended up calling another company and they came within 2 hours and took care of it for me. Obviously because I didn’t call her back to reschedule, she sold my contact information and now I’m getting robo calls every day. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately, unexpected scheduling issues occasionally arise, and while we did contact you in advance to let you know and offered to reschedule, I completely understand how frustrating it is to have already taken time off from work. What concerns me most, however, is your statement that Air Mavericks sold your personal information. I want to assure you and anyone reading this that we have never sold, shared, or distributed our customers' personal information. As a local family-owned business built on honesty and integrity, protecting our customers' privacy is something we take very seriously. After reading your review, I personally called and left you a voicemail because I genuinely wanted the opportunity to better understand your concerns and speak with you directly. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back, but my invitation still stands. If you're willing, I'd appreciate the chance to have a conversation. Can’t comment on service of company. As I was out of the service area. Appointments are handled by third party and mine was canceled without notice. The owner of Air Mavericks call to express his apologies. He explained it is a new relationship and going forward they will make sure the company is handling appointments correctly. Great customer service.

I have been using Daniel and the Air Mavericks team at my home for over two years, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Our previous AC company consistently tried to upsell us during every semi-annual maintenance visit and was never able to identify the root cause of an ongoing issue we were experiencing. With just one call to Air Mavericks, the problem was correctly diagnosed and resolved. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly leads with honesty and integrity.
