Can’t comment on service of company. As I was out of the service area. Appointments are handled by third party and mine was canceled without notice. The owner of Air Mavericks call to express his apologies. He explained it is a new relationship and going forward they will make sure the company is handling appointments correctly. Great customer service.

I have been using Daniel and the Air Mavericks team at my home for over two years, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Our previous AC company consistently tried to upsell us during every semi-annual maintenance visit and was never able to identify the root cause of an ongoing issue we were experiencing. With just one call to Air Mavericks, the problem was correctly diagnosed and resolved. It is refreshing to work with a company that truly leads with honesty and integrity. He came out to repair our air conditioning unit and was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did he get everything up and running quickly, but he also took the time to come back and perform maintenance on the unit to help keep it running for a few more years. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, but Alex did exactly that. He explained everything clearly, was honest about our options, and never made us feel pressured. We are extremely grateful for his hard work and excellent customer service. If you're lucky enough to have Alex as your technician, you're in great hands. Alex is awesome, and we highly recommend him!

Kasey came by this morning & serviced our two AC units. He also installed a new UV light on one of the units that tends to get sludge build-up. Nice guy & very knowledgeable.

Today the UV bulb was installed one week later it had to be ordered. Kasey Came out today to change the UV bulb on my unit and I was very pleased with his service very professional. We appreciate the quick response. I didn’t have to wait so I’m very happy with Airmaverick. Up dated I got an appointment fairly fast the air quality in my home has changed significantly I’m happy about that. but there’s a light on in my attic and I need them to come back and turn it off, and so they may have to explain that one.

I called Air Mavericks after 5:30pm and they not only answered the phone but had a technician at my house in less than an hour. Cristian was very knowledgeable and professional and all my issues were resolved smoothly quickly. Very reasonable and I highly recommend them.
